Ceramic eyelets are widely used in coiling machines, spinning and weaving machinery for silk thread guidance. They are commonly used in applications that require smooth, low-friction thread movement.

The silk thread slides through the ceramic eyelet, reducing friction and requiring high material hardness, smoothness and precision. Our company uses 99% Al2O3 ceramic material with hardness greater than HRa88, density of 3.85, and surface finish of Ra0.2.

The ceramic eyelet is designed for low-friction, low-pressure applications. Available in multiple finishing grades:

• Rough finish: Ra 0.8
• Standard finish: Ra 0.4
• Super finish: Ra 0.2

Available in both single-face and double-face super-accurate configurations. A wide range of standard specifications are available, and custom sizes can be manufactured according to customer requirements.
